so basically this is what im trying to do.

im gonna try to appear as if i'm in the USA. sign up for NETFLIX USA. and sign up through their paypal option so you dont need a legit billing address... see if this works...

im having trouble finding a good and easy to use proxy program (and i cant use the type where u just go through a website cuz shit like paypal doesnt work on those, i need a PROGRAM).

anyone have any suggestions?

can try hotspot shield. Not sure if that'll work on what you planned to do. But i use it to watch stuff online that is only available in US like hulu. So you can say is similar to a proxy server software. But i used this a while ago. Can give it a try.

You might want to look into getting a US Mailing address (which can be easily obtained online - like MyUS.com), go to Banner Bank at Point Roberts (or any other american bank closest to you), apply for an American US credit card with your US mailing address. Banner Bank at Point Robert will use your Canadian credit rating to determine if you are approved, not sure about other US banks. MyUS will then forward your mail to your Canadian address. After you receive your American credit card, apply for a new Paypal account with your US address with your US credit card. Make sure you use a proxy.

This method has never been tested, but theoretically, it should work.

2. sign up for virtual USD credit card using "entro pay"
3. sign up for netflix.com use hotel as address
4. watch movies on pc.

That's not true. Using the link I posted previously, I watch Netflix USA on my PS3 all the time.
