Sports Central, I pay $16 a month. If you can live with various things though, like weights all over the place, uncleanliness, broken down machines etc.

They have a pretty good customer base without squash and MMA I think, it's always packed after the work hours

I hate Sport Central (I used to like the place but the manager is a douche). They only accept CC if you go monthly+ Drop-in's are like $16 or something.. <_<

you want a cheap gym? simple. your home is your gym. your body is your weight (calisthenics). the curb outside is your treadmill. don't give yourself an excuse to limit exercise to the gym only. exercise can be done anywhere and has proven to be effective when you don't associate exercise with the gym together.

now, the guys in the video may look jacked, but they worked their way up to it, and it was from working out outside of the gym. Basically, compromise your workout for your level of training, and work your way up. i'm not saying to do pullups on the traffic light, im just trying to prove the point that workout does not require a gym, that's where they drain all that money from you guys.

I have never been to check it out but Trevor Linden just opened up a gym at several locations and the membership was reasonable.
