going by the description, this is not alot of weight but hopefully you will find it inspiring. john did his first competition in the bench press at the 2011 bc winter open and has cerebral palsey. i have trained with him and he certainly has the drive to succeed

I have a video of me doing full weighted dips with 3 plates strapped to me, 6 reps. Anyone else do that or more? I'm 5'9 162lbs.

i fucking hate it when douchebag scrubs are at the gym and saying ronnie colemans lines when they are doing "lightweight"

I've said that myself ("Lightweight!"), in my mind, right before a heavy set. I don't go yelling it out loud to the whole gym.

Fail me if you want, but convincing myself I can do something is a big motivator.
