Food there is passable, ditto with the drinks, rarely will you find that in a place that isn't packed full.

Well..I like Alleiluia or "fuen yun" but I prefer Silver Tower more..

Guess no more e canteen..they were the cheapest and their portions were huge.

I rather head to Alleluia or Kingspark if I'm in Rmd; but most of the time I rather just stay in Vancouver and go to Honolulu/Angel Cafe or BBT Cafe.

Its 1+1 Enjoy Cafe now. I know the owner. Food there is same as usual, typical cafe, but they did some renovations and new equipment as well.

Fuen yun is getting worse and worse for some reason. Last time I ate there the food was half cooked and real bad and same with my friend's plate of noodles.

tbh alleluia is going down in quality, maybe it's the exceptionally high volume taking a toll on the staff.


kings park has the best food of the 3, but their service is horrid, absolutely horrid, and I never complain about service.

- Pretty much same menu.
- Choices have been reduce.
- Prices have increase.
- Horrible service.
- 30 minutes after ordering, still no utensils
or even the TEA yet
- Soup came another 45 minute after ordering
- Meal finally came after 1 hour
- Meat were either under cook or overcook.

It might have improved since. But I know I wouldn't be going back.
Just go to Alleluia next door, and you get free refill too.

Man, last time I wentthe sign said it's under renovation. I love to have breakfast there cus it's cheap and portion is big enough to feed 2 ppl.

i go to kam do more now as my grandma likes there "lo po bang" (wife cakes), so i eat there then buy wife cakes for my grandma if he ever go up to COQ

i on the other hand have not been to alleluia in a long ass time, so i might try them out this weekend again & e-canteen sucks as i only went there once & it sucked for me (just as bad as NO.9)

every time i go to ecanteen, they mix and match beef/ pork / chicken type meal, i go home and i get stomach aches last 3 times i was there ... i never went back since, it's been like 2 yrs now.

My vote still goes to Kings Park cause I still think their food tastes the best out of all the hk style cafes in richmond and they are the most consistent. Stopped going to Kam do after I found a fly in my noodles, which i asked to have returned and when the manager bitch brought it back there was another fucking fly in there. FUCK. Agree with TypeR, every fucking time I go to Silver Tower I get the fuckin runs so I stopped going there too.

IMO Kingspark = Kam Do > Foon Yun > E-Canteen

Foon yun was more expensive than e-canteen but the food was better + used to have refills

Kam Do just owns the rest in portions but has waaaaaaaaaaay too many choices.

So far kingspark has been consistent and i like their drinks the best.

I tried it and it was normal. Nothing particularly different than e-canteen. Neither bad nor good, it's your typical HK style place.

it really depends on what time you go there...I've only been there once after the ownership change..and the service was alright.

although I have heard how ppl have waited a long time for the tea/utencils/food to come - even when it's not busy =/
