1.Where can I buy them for cheap? Will NOT be signing a contract - just want the phone.

2.Does A have a one year old model?
3.Does B go by another name ( Samsung vibrant?)

Galaxy Tab has only had 1 release. No idea what you mean by a 1 year old model.
Galaxy S II isn't even out yet you can't buy it anywhere..

If you mean Galaxy S then they also have Vibrant and Captivate which are the same.

If you want cheap and no conrtact I suggest craiglist or ebay.
