looking for a pair of white colored led bulbs (194/168) for license plate. Looking for either polarg or piaa brand. Must have diffuser or something that produces a wide angle beam, and not so bright that it lights up the ground (just enough for the license plate).

Please provide pics, prices (hoping to spend under $30) and model number too. thanks
