Can someone explain to me what are upper mounts and pillow ball mounts? Are they the same thing? I haven't had much luck in googling a good definition/description of what they are.

I'm currently looking for a new set of coilovers and found a set I liked but the upper mounts are not included.

I'm not sure if I have to buy new ones or can I use the ones I have on the car right now.

Pillow ball mounts allow negative camber to be corrected. What type of coilovers on what car?

If the upper mounts is not included, usually you will use your stock upper mounts.
