Here is the low down, I currently have an old kg/mm springs that I bought of a friends since my previous set up was Tein shocks and H&R sport and It was too soft as I was bottoming out during bumps on the hwy. I heard that kg/mm are slightly stiffer so I would like to give that a try unless you have other suggestions?

Springs, because I do not think there are any coil overs from the large manufacturers. We can get H&R 1.3"Front and 1.2" rear and Eibach 1.2" front and rear. The Eibach will give a slightly softer ride than the H&R but both stiffer than stock.

I picked up an ST rear sway bar recently, but it did not come with any hardware besides end links. This request might be a bit complicated.

I'm looking for the mounting hardware for the 1990 honda civic hatchback DX, I heard there was some mounting hardware which utilized the rear tow hook instead of mounting to the L-brackets.

This is due to the lack of the L-bracket on the DX model.

I dont know where you are going to get the brackets for the sway bar. A new kit would have come with all the parts. I think you are going to have to make some parts.

Officially Koni never made anything for STI. One reason is that the factory shocks were pretty good. The other reason is that they were an inverted type design like a bilstein. You could check if you could put WRX struts in, Koni makes them for that application.
