The U.S. Army has apologized for graphic photos showing U.S. troops posing over dead Afghan civilians that were published this week by German news organization Der Spiegel.

One of the three photos, which the army was keeping under wraps for a war crimes probe, shows a soldier smiling as he posed with a bloodied and partially clothed body.

The photos were among several seized by Army investigators looking into the deaths of three unarmed Afghans last year. Five soldiers based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, south of Seattle, have been charged with murder and conspiracy in the case.

I'm dealing with it by spreading this story.
There is a difference in what everybody else does and what the U.S. soldier does.. the U.S. Military has a special obligation to lead by example, as they are ALWAYS the ones to claim that they are the best, the proudest, and the most civilized.

If it was a chinese soldier posing with a dead afghani I wouldn't be so upset because China isn't going around the world, invading countries claiming to spread democracy and that all their methods are humane.

Fuck the US military, they've done more wrong than good. they're probably in japan making CAUSING the earthquakes, not helping with "humanitarian" efforts. saving 1000 lives per collateral loss of 1 life isn't a good ratio; nothing can justify the expected bi-products of war. Fuck appreciating, i like to complain
