Just do bench press and curls and be sure to drink a protein shake every day and you'll look like GSP.

^a better routine would be
2 sets of bench press with your feet up on the bench and only pressing the bar 2 inches.
superset with 5 minutes talking on the phone
10 sets of bicep curls hitting every angle
superset with flexing and looking at yourself in the mirror.

I use iso sensation 93 cafe brazil for protein. Really love this flavour.
But in my case, I'm trying to gain mass. My routine is similar to yours tho. 2 days 8k runs, 3 days workout at gym. Alternating to make sure I get enough rest too. One thing that I'm lacking atm is enough sleep.

no pecks, no sex. no curls, no girls
since i lack solids (food) i just take protein three times a day
in your case. just dont take too much protein. just a guess
Not really racist!

protein isn't supposed to substitute for your meals..
you should be getting your meals in regardless if you are taking protein or not

Make sure you do bicep curls at squat racks so when you cant lift it you can just drop it :D

^ +1, high reps + low weight will get you super cut without getting bulky. Aim for 5 sets of 15 to 20 reps per exercise, minimum 3 exercises per muscle group (e.g. curls, hammer curls and preacher curls for biceps)

best protein hands down is Optimum 100% whey
only place to get it is online bodybuilding.com because its so cheap
you can get it at GNC but its like 120$ compared to 60-70 online
if you want to put on some weight get some serious mass or mutant mass.
you wont get bulky but will add some nice weight to help you put on some muscle

If you are getting the amount of protein that your body needs in your diet which I believe is 1.2 grams per kg of body weight, then there is no need for supplementing protein as it is just a waste of money. Eating too much protein is bad for your kidneys and can have negative effects in the future.

Congratulations, you're stupid!

Overall, there is a lack of scientific evidence linking higher dietary protein intakes to adverse outcomes in healthy, exercising individuals. There is, however, a body of scientific literature which has documented a benefit of protein supplementation to the health of multiple organ systems.

ON whey

OP, you should figure out your macros first that will match your objectives. If its difficult to hit your protein levels with regular food, I would add in some protein shakes.
I would recommend ON whey
make sure you have a spotter on each side
or use the bar with 10s on each side and dont forget the pins

don't forget to make the effort to throw the barbell to the ground as hard as possible after your curls so everyone turns to see how badass you are. just dropping them doesn't count.
make sure you wear sunglasses to gym, the glare off the mirror can damage your eyes.

I've had great results with nutrabolic's Anabolic Window. It's a bit pricey, but comes loaed with glutamine so you don't have to go out of your way to purchase glutamine (which is a huge plus). However, it's kind of heavy on the calorie side (300gs) , and evidently you're trying to lose weight, so something with lower calories might work abit better for you. Just remember to eat something that's abit carb heavy after you work out.

But he very well could be with that advice, so...

Well it doesn't come directly from the protein but eating too much of it over carbs will cause your body to lose water. This put you at a major risk of being dehydrated which puts strain on your kidneys.
