Canadian tire has something similar IIRC It's sold in a roll like tape, not sure how you'll get the right width though

It honestly looks like crap. I bought a gauge cluster that I thought was brushed aluminum and instead it was just plastic with this vinyl overlay. Looks alright, yet I'd go with silver CF if I was going to vinyl wrap.
