that last few times I went, Atlas Used Parts had a lot of imports (604-322-6607)

but I don't think you'll get a K24 for that price... maybe in the states but not here

did you read that issue of HondaTuning? Poor Mans K swap or something..
there are a few tricks and corners you can cut in order to save money..
something like using the tranny housing from a TSX and putting RSX gears into it... or something..
