TORONTO — The price of your double-double will likely go up beginning next Monday.
Tim Hortons says it's raising prices on some menu items beginning next week.
A sign posted in some stores says the company will put through a "small price increase" on April 11.
But, it didn't say which items will be increasing or by how much.
In February, the ubiquitous Canadian coffee-and-doughnut chain said it would pass on the rising cost of coffee and doughnut ingredients to franchises and customers.
Tim Hortons (TSX:THI) raised prices at its U.S. locations by about three per cent in February

i will gladly pay a little more if the retards make my double double right. Last couple of times it either had to much cream or too much sugar and last time i asked the girl at the drive through to mix it well she gave me a dirty look. fuuu all you do is press the button 2 times for cream and sugar how hard is that?

WOW, CTV was just talking about this 2 minutes ago on the final news hour.
Not a big surprise.
i went to the tim hortons on no.3 road beside the acura dealership in richmond to grab breakfast. i ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and paid without looking checking the bagels because i was running late. Got to the office, sat down and opened up the bag. Two untoasted strawberry cream cheese bagels.
disgusting.
2nd time this weeek

I do my best not to eat at Timmy's anymore. I just don't think any of the food is "good". At least when I bite into a big mac, I've got a smile on my face. When I bite into a timmy's donut, all I can think about is how even Duffins can make a better donut than you guys.. :failed:

Every single time I go to Tim Hortons, my clothes would end up smelling like it when I left, not very pleasant. Subway has that same problem. Now I have another reason to not go

Coffee is the most heavily traded commodity after oil in the world and most of it comes from Africa and other areas where politics and trade have become increasingly unstable, putting constraints on supply.
Also your Large coffee is only going up by 7 cents at Timmies. It's fairly small as far as inflation goes.
The next commodity that goes up, and probably by a greater degree will be Chocolate for many of the same reasons.

STFU! Go drink your bitter burnt Starbucks, leave my Timmies alone!
Tims actually does a lot of quality control to ensure the flavour is the same at every restaurant.

I've found that the Sure-Shot machines between stores vary a lot. I usually get a one-and-one and the amount of sugar varies a lot.
McDonald's has stepped up their coffee big time. Plus at the Royal Center location, it's a buck for any size, any time.

Tims coffee is always good when it is fresh...too bad many times I went the coffee wasn't fresh
do they still have their guarantee if the coffee sits out 20 mins it gets dumped out?
mcd's is alwasy fresh cuz of the volume they go through and those cup sizes
medium mcd's coffee is like a large Tims coffee

^+1. At this one location downtown, whenever i'm in line and a certain girl is making the coffee for the line, i make sure to order 1 extra milk more than i need, cause she always gives one less than what you order. Makes no damn sense.
but hmm 3% increase...so maybe 5 cents total. I remember when starbucks jacked their prices up, it was a good 15 cents or more!
