It's definately cut.

The most obvious is that you just can't get from the Pool all the way over to the MOA field in that timeframe (it takes at LEAST a good 5 minutes, and you would encounter numerous speed bumps)

according to wiki, the one done by UQAM (u quebec a montreal) kicked off its popularity for university and high school lip dubs around the world. I realized the schools in downtown montreal all seems to be a more party friendly school :)

The UBC LipDub was open to All of Vancouver. So kids, highschools, colleges, etc. It wasn't necessarily just UBC students.
