: PARKING NOW EASIER IN VANCOUVER WITH AN IPHONE APP!!

What's up people. Just wanted to share this find I came across.

Ran across this really good app called "Park 'in' Spot" on iPhone.
Pretty awesome actually cause it shows all the free street parking in Vancouver's popular areas.

I'm a pretty cheap guy and hate paying for parking so this is pretty damn awesome.

Not only does it show all the free street parking they have it so that it shows the locations of all the parking meters (and the rates) and Parking lots with rates too.

Sure as hell makes my daily driving easier! just wanted to let everyone know about it on here, might be useful to you too.

Tried it today, not very accurate...a lot of the time limits in the free parking areas are not true. I Tried it in the Granville & Broadway area.

Hmm, they have an "Elite" version... don't know what the difference is.

lol I used it quite a few times, there are some inaccuracies but I found that majority of it is right.

I used it again the other day going to eat with some friends at Cactus club on W. Broadway + Ash and saved $4.50! (stayed there for 1 1/2 hrs) Instead of paying the parking meter right on broadway I used the app to find free parking a couple blocks down :D The small walk to the car after eating was actually great too!
