Post goals you hope to achieve whether it be a heavier weight, a timed hike, run, swim, speed of a slapshot etc...

For me personally, I find timing my runs and keeping track of it very useful for not only setting myself realistic goals, but also keeping myself motivated. Motivated in a way that would make me want to keep focused, go faster, and push myself past every goal I set. Unfortunately due to genetics I will see a plateau, but i'll never know unless I see those times am I right?

400m time: 54secs ---> Goal: 52secs
3.5km time: 30 minutes ---> Goal: 25 minutes

Good 400m time.
As for my goal, I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was.

In other words I wanna get b+s or better on my summer courses =D

Sorry man had to fail you. Maintain 5% Bodyfat is pretty unreasonable and unhealthy. That's the minimum to sustain life... well 3-5% is. 6% is even low but common in many hardcore athletes.

Me I'm hoping to get back up to 225lbs this year. 230 would be fantastic.

Berz out.

bench 205 x 10 / 100lb dumbell x 10
squat 225 x 10

goal by july
~190 pounds
cut fat% / loose most of spare tire
bench 230 x 6
squat 255 x 5
increase cardio ie. GG sub 60min
