My computer has been running fine.

However it randomly shut off while I was on it.
When I turned it back on it was laggy as hell.

I cant even click the start menu.

I left it on wondering if it would go away but it still wouldnt

anyone know how to fix this?

Looks like you might have some possible viruses/spyware.

Start by downloading Avira Anti-virus, update the virus definition, then perform a complete scan of your computer. Make sure you are running only ONE antivirus program.

After that, download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, install, then perform a complete scan.

Inform us of the results and how your PC runs then.

best bet is it scan in safemode (a lot of threats are 'hidden' or unremovable unless ur in safe)

many 'threats' are simply cookies so it may not be as serious as you think
