I had my appendix taken out a month ago. The day I came home after the surgery I smelt really bad after being in the hospital a few days so I put on some deoderant. I noticed when it touched my armpit it feels like a string is pulling all along my arm right underneath the tricep. My arm was numb around the tricep.
4 weeks later and it isn't any better. Still can't feel around my tricep. I can pinch it super hard and no feeling at all. Everything works fine, my arm goes numb very fast though if its elevated for any period of time now. Have a Dr's appt in 2 weeks.
Has anyone had this before? The only thing I can think of was when they moved me off the operating table onto the stretcher maybe somebody grabbed my arm the wrong way?
Any ideas?
