| Shops losing money
Why are car audio shops not targeting the DIY home theater crowd? I see people on AVS forum doing group buys for flat pack kits and others order complete custom built cabinets. Thus, many customers neglect to inquire whether or not these services can be performed.
Perhaps if you promoted it along with all your other services, you business would excel more so than it already is. Just my 7 cents...

A box like that in MDF would run about the $500 mark. More if you wanted it made out of birch.
