Want to buy an iPad (1st gen - wifi only)

Here are the criteria that I'm looking for.

Must have apple care/warranty still.
Must be in perfect condition meaning no dent/scratches etc...
Must have everything complete in the box.
Must be priced reasonable.

Any size will do as long it within those criteria.
