Any experience with furniture place: Quality West Imports???

I just wanted to see if anyone here has ever dealt with a company called Quality West Imports out of Richmond? They sell furniture and I saw a posting they had on craigslist, they don't have an actual store, they seem to be selling from their warehouse, website says by appointment. Small red flag went off in my head but I thought if some people have actually dealt with them it might be worth checking out.

I havnt dealt with that store specifically but I know there are a lot of furniture places that sell outta warehouse because they sell out of a catalog with limited in store model. After you place your order, then they'll order and ship the furniture from china

smell it.

You can also go to the Bay and ask them to show you some synthetic leather couches versus the real thing.
The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and they can probably tell you some key differences.
