True, Ford and Chevrolet vehicle sales rise and Japanese vehicle sales dropped after Japans earthquake in March.

I've seen this happen MANY times over the years. Seems like most of the time they're done by seniors.
I remember a lady almost went thru my old shop (Boyz Audio), she crashed into the barriers we had up front cuz to prevent smash and go's. So I run out kind of yelling at her wtf.... SHE SAID SHE COULDNT REACH HER BRAKE PEDALS!!!!!
Old people should be off the road. Theyre worse then drunk drivers IMO. Sad reality is, it'll take a few deaths before the gov't will see the problem.
They can't see, they react slow, and panic easily. I think there's some good senior drivers, but maybe need to issue a mandatory vision or driving test every couple years. Once over 70 or something

I hope so. The rest of us half decent drivers deserve a break from getting raped by insurance premiums.
I still think the "C" on the back of an asian persons car or an "O" on the back of an old persons car should take effect. ICBC knows exactly what percentage of drivers are causing insurance rates to go up, too bad they won't do anything about it due to discrimination, racism, blah blah, might as well fuck everyone else over and bring in more money.

It's to do with the demographic of where you drive in, not the race. If you get in an accident in an area that's predominantly Oriental, the other party is more likely to be Oriental. If it happened in West Van, it's more likely to be a Persian, Indian in Surrey, etc... Driving around at night, you're more likely to hit a taxi than any other car... or 50/50 chance of getting hit by a woman...

I'm sure they already do this if it's needed. Insurance rates already vary between cities, I.e it is cheaper to unsure my car in poco/maple ridge than burnaby or Vancouver.
