The driver's name is "盲亨" pronounced "Maang Hung". Drives a CW DC2R with a B18C in it iirc. He's a middle aged ex professional driver that raced often in Macau. Raced CRXs etc. He often loses his drivers licence but sometimes he drives while suspended anyway lol.
