I'm selling my 1986 Corolla GTS. I bought this from another member of the local AE86 club (Dori-Kaze) last year and have been using it as a daily driver. The body has rust, so it could use some body work. I will include new in box fenders for it, so half the battle is already won in the rust dept. What it lacks in looks, is made up by being in great mechanical shape.
This car has lots of well sorted and thought out street mods! slap on some sticky tires, and the car is ready for track/auto-x. :cool:
Engine: 4AGE bluetop (7rib). The engine was swapped out with a 7rib bigport with about 200,000kms. This engine has been refreshed and semi-rebuilt with new rod bearings, rear main seal, re-sealed oil pan, cam seals, and valve cover seals. Pulls strong, doesn't leak oil and I would not hesitate to drive this car to California or across Canada.

Lots of maintenance has been done on this car over the years of ownership by two AE86 enthusiasts. As mentioned, the engine was semi rebuilt so it is running strong. Heater blows hot hot HOT. All brake calipers have either been overhauled or ensured that they are working in top notch form. NGK plug wires, cap/rotor, rebuilt distributor, starter, timing belt, fuel filter, spark plugs are all things that have already been addressed on this car so little maintenance is needed right now. Fresh oil in engine too!
