Tried one on the weekend. K.Dub says they're not as rare as I think they are.

They were not very juicy but had decent flavor. Not as good as a well cooked actual burger. My buddy says he saw the chef press down on them with a spatula, which is a mistake when cooking burgers.

question: does it have that weird lamb taste taste or something similar?
Alot of bodybuilders in aussie eats kangaroo meat because of the high protein and high in cla.
