Hi, I have been waiting for a month since April for Telus to install phone, tv, and internet. Telus' excuse was that my house is new and Telus haven't install underground wire yet. Yet, few of my neighbors already have Telus up & running.

I am not sure if this is standard for Telus to take this long to install
"underground wire." My house is in Surrey, BC area. Did anyone else have to wait this long too? I am about to give up and switch to Rogers.

Did you give them a call yet? If I were you, i'd switch to Rogers..

Fuck Telus. I remember a couple of years ago, we got internet from them and the next day someone was suppose to come by and install it for us... they later went on strike for like 2 years...
