umm last time i checked clean title means no liens and those accidents better not be on record. so if he paid cash to a body shop on the accidents and not through icbc it would have a clean title if he went through icbc then its not

All I meant by clean title is that the car does not have a salvaged or rebuilt title (it wasn't totalled). Both the accidents were handled through ICBC.
And there are no liens on the car.

People link to CL pictures out of convenience since they have to make a CL anyways; might as well use CL's integrated image uploading service. Quality is junk though and it is slightly inconvenient for the buyers. Fixed it anyhow!
