I am looking to buy this 2002 Corolla, and spent some money doing the Carproof. However, it's my first time buying something used... and I see a 4 year gap between 2001-2005 and want your opinion. Here it is:

07/31/2001 RICHMOND BC Motor Vehicle Dept. CANADIAN RENEWAL Canadian Renewal
06/29/2005 BC BC AirCare Passed Testing Emissions Testing See Note 1
07/07/2007 BURNABY BC Motor Vehicle Dept. CANADIAN RENEWAL Canadian Renewal
02/06/2008 BC Insurance Records COLLISION Accident Claim $558.54
02/06/2008 BC Insurance Records COLLISION Accident Claim $1553.57
02/06/2008 BC Insurance Records COLLISION Accident Claim $1811.04
04/05/2008 BC Insurance Records GLASS Accident Claim $646.67
07/03/2008 BC Dept. of Motor Vehicles Registration Records Registered/Renewed
07/05/2008 MAPLE RIDGE BC Motor Vehicle Dept. CANADIAN RENEWAL Canadian Renewal
06/26/2009 BC BC AirCare Passed Testing Emissions Testing See Note 1
06/27/2009 MAPLE RIDGE BC Motor Vehicle Dept. CANADIAN RENEWAL Canadian Renewal
07/03/2010 COQUITLAM BC Motor Vehicle Dept. CANADIAN RENEWAL Canadian Renewal
10/21/2010 BC Insurance Records COLLISION Accident Claim $0

Should I be worried about the last claim?? Am I liable for it in case the owner is at fault and I buy his car? How will I be affected?

No you won't be liable for it.

It means ICBC has a record of a collision with the vehicle but did not pay out for the repair. Which means either the car was fixed (by owner or private insurance) or there's little-to-no damage so repair wasn't required.

I'm guessing that the collision was something so small that resulted in something like a scratch or a dent in the bumper that they wanted to get fixed. either way you shouldn't be liable for it since any accident liability rests on the driver, not the vehicle
