Anyone got intel on these bad boys?

I'm currently in HK and these sell for $1300 HKD, I'm planning to go try them on but I see that prices in US/Canada are around 90USD, which is a substantial mark-up. Would anyone here know shops were I can find these locally (in Van)? I'll just ask a friend to get it for me if I can get some intel.
