It's definitely fast forwarded. Just watch the keyring swing while he's moving. You can see at times it's swinging unnaturally fast. :D

Either way, that's pretty crazy even if he is going slow. Here in Vancouver, you'd probably get nailed by some person changing lanes without signalling.
