this car been built before tracked / road race?
under carriage rust?

most of the rust are on the side fenders. windshield has about a 6 inch crack. I have been keeping this car for 5 years, it has the roll cage when I bought the car. Previous owner is a Toyota mechanic who play auto-x. I just added the HID and changed the whole exhaust, changed 4 wheels disc break, battery and the alternator.
