so I noticed this trend started about 2 years ago. and now it is becoming big.

ppl are hanging little keychain sized dolls off their rear bumpers, usually attached to the rear tow hook or whatever.

what's the deal with this trend? is it JDM oriented, or from the SoCal/hellaflush scene?

ive seen it done. The car was white and looked just like in your pic and he had a confederacy flag hanging on the antenna. and to op the drift charm is a fan boi thing to do.
