: psn is up but mine won't work

I just came back from vacation and it's been a while since i was on PSN. i know it's finally up in Van but i cna't get it to work. I login and it says it's still under maintenance....wtf.

I don'twant to setup a new account cause you don't get to download the free games.. not that it's a huge thing, but i would love to keep my old login too.. any help>

i've tried to email sony, but it's typical 24 hr wait and waiting for email response.

have you setup a new password on ur acct? (u gotta "sign in")


then if u still cant connect the store might still be bogged down with ppl trying to get on; then just keep trying

yeah... i updated it.. so that's good to go
but yeha, i don't know why, i tried to sign in and it won't work..

i'm in canada, but i might have signed up the account when i was in HK...
would formatting the ps3 and then login again work?

so you made an HK PSN account

HKs PSN isnt back up

make a new account with a canadian address and ur good to go
