Change lanes to the right... oh shit, car in blind spot, swerve back into the left lane and into center divider. It's tapered at the bottom and you can drive up the thing enough to flip your car. Or... car could've been pushed into it.

what made this worst was there was a stalled semi at around 5pm heading northbound so both sides were backed up

yea it fcked up oak st bridge pretty hard too...I went that way to avoid knight street bridge but..I got stuck on marine drive for atleast a good hour

I passed by around 3:30pm or so. And there was an accident just south of the Bridgeport overpass. I saw a HUGE backlog of cars, and just detoured around and headed home (bby) through Westminster highway. Is this the same ones you guys are referring to? Or were they 2 separate incidents?

I was caught in that mess yesterday afternoon, north bound. I can't believe the idiocy of drivers at times. accident or rear ender, sure. but to flip TWO cars takes some kind of skill to pull off.

If everyone learned properly how to merge into traffic this shit would have been avoided. Notice it's located @ the bridgeport overpass. Most people coming from Vulcan way /Sweden way to 99 North DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MERGE.

I agree that there are lot of idiots who dont know how to merge properly going north bound, but in this case the accident was south bound
