Joining a beginners league this fall, looking for some equipment. Not sure what size I am, but I am 5' 8" 150lbs.

Looking for:

Shin Pads - 14"
Hockey Pants - Small 30"-32"
Elbow Pads
A black and a white jersey
Combo full visor or full visor or full cage.
Hockey Bag
