WTB: Flush mount USB and 3.5mm jack
I'm looking for something similar to this:

Jensen USB and Aux


I'd rather not order from the US if I can something similar locally. I want the USB just for charging my phone, and I have found a USB power plug I could use:

Yet still looking for a flush mount 3.5mm jack. Any help would be appreciated.
