I think I've seen something like that in the past month.
You might want to try Richmond Night Market. I think there was a stall selling those. Maybe not "backpack," per se, but other things made out of that material.

Haha, I was thinking, why would I buy those when I can get them the next time I go to Mexico for way cheaper?
