Good place love the brisket.
Use a lil bit too much sauce tho. Stay away from poutine not that good

This isn't brisket. Well, it might be but these are burnt ends, basically the cutoff parts on the tips that have been charred.

Looks like I'm going to have to give them another try. I thought their ribs were mediocre and their pulled pork was crap BUT this might turn me around :)

I only ate about half of it for lunch. I'm going to put the rest in the oven for awhile and see what happens when the fat melts away and crisps. :sweetjesus:

i gotta try to make burnt ends, made 3 briskets and never used the point portion for burnt ends...just ate the damn thing cuz it was so juicy
