Yes i am serious, I went in Congee noodle king at 7:30 and i noticed the meter poles already... then 1 hour later the meter's head is mounted on... T_T T_T T_T T_T

Worst is paying the meter for parking, then getting a ticket after the meter expires. If you're gonna get a ticket anyway, might as well not put money in the meter to begin with!

Not only do I not have to carry change, it'll send me a text when it's running out, and I can call in to top it up if I need over the phone. And I've found that they never say a thing about remetering - I've parked at a spot for like 5 hours when it said 2 hour limit on the meter.

This was a spot downtown.
