| Canada's most expensive home is in Richmond

Whether or not the home sells for list price is still up in the air. However, this is Vancouver and standard real estate logic seldom factors into the equation.

The land is $25million... this developer expects to get $14million for the home...
and the property isnt built so if you wanted a custom design you can just buy the plot of land (according to the site)
