Canada’s most expensive residential real estate listing has just gone on the market in West Vancouver. Interested? Well you can snag it at just $39.9 million. It’s a steal of a deal if you’re a billionaire.

It’s located at 2190 Camelot Avenue in West Vancouver and of course it offers what everyone should expect for that kind of cash, stunning views of downtown Vancouver and the Burrard Inlet.

The $40 million price tag is for a 21,091 square feet rancher-style main house, 7,000 square feet guest house and 2,580 square feet combination maids’ quarters and office. Not too shabby.


The new main house will feature 6 bedrooms, negative edge pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor ponds, 3 waterfalls, billiards room, movie theatre, wine cellar, gym, massage room, and 15-car garage.

You either buy the land for 25M OR they build everything brand new for you for 39.9M. That's why there's only renderings on the site, because that's what they plan to build...
