What do you mean Correct Shanked bolts... are all the holes oblong to fit all those patterns?

They are dual drilled yes. Match the diameter of the holes with the correct shank size and that will ensure that the wheel is central on the hub.

The inside holes (5x114.3) are wider than the outside holes (5x120.6)
