Images of a still-to-be-named Kia sedan are making the Internet rounds ahead of the car's debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show.

There are no official details from Kia about the sporty four-door yet, but many believe this explains the rumours of a Kia rear-wheel-drive V8 sedan, says CarAdvice.com.au.

The styling is indicative of a wholly new direction for Kia; several outlets claim many of the design elements are derivative and stolen from other popular sports sedans, but all we know is that it looks pretty good.

That low roof, those small, deftly sculpted taillights and that attractive take on Kia's puckered-up-lips grille all work pretty well together.

Expect to hear more in a few weeks when the car is unveiled at Frankfurt.

i haven't gone to the link in the op but... what is the bump in the hood on the passenger side for?

just noticed the 1/4 windows in the front doors (haven't seen those in awhile) and camera mounts on the front fenders that i assume replace side mirrors...

This is exactly why Hyundai and Kia are overtaking Honda and Toyota! Rise of the KDM! I would take this or the genesis coupe over a CR-Z or the new underpowered FT-86 anyday!

Them Koreans have gotta stop doing this shit. First a supposed Genesis luxury sedan that clearly features a Mercedes design for headlights/grill and a BMW design for tail lights, now this?
