My wife has allergic reactions do alot of stuff. So our natural-path has put her on a 6 month gluten and dairy free diet till he sees signs of improvement with her condition. We shop and get stuff from Save On's and Choices Health market. But shes craving sweets. Anyone know of places where we could find food that has no eggs or wheat in them.

theres these awesome cartons of almond milk - chocolate or vanilla.

Lactose int here and the almond milk is awesome ( not 100% its gluten free)
