Which one of those do you guys think is better in general? Price/Food etc.

And has anyone tried the new Fatty Cow that just opened on Victoria Drive?

Thx

Edit: Oops, suppose to be Chubby lamb instead of Fatty Lamb :)

The one on Victoria is far less packed than the one in Richmond. In terms of food and price, they are both the same as they are part of the same company.

I think the one from Victoria is owned by a seafood distribution company.... so their stuff should usually be really fresh !!!!

Is it on Victoria, corner lot beside the Mexican food place? If so, it's own by my friend's dad. I don't think it's a fish distribution company..

They are not the same company as the one in Richmond.

Here's a review of Fatty Cow from ChowTimes if you haven't seen it yet.

Chow Times » Fatty Cow Seafood Hot Pot on Victoria Dr and 35th Ave, Vancouver (http://chowtimes.com/2010/01/28/fatty-cow-seafood-hot-pot-on-victoria-dr-and-35th-ave-vancouver/)

Looks pretty good, probably will try it out sometimes.

Fatty Lamb- overpriced is what comes to mind
Fatty Cow- rather decent but the quality isn't as great as Fatty Lamb.

No, I am talking about Fatty Lamb. Not even gonna go there with Little Sheep :lol I'm way too broke for that kind of luxury.

I meant to say, the portions to price ratio at Fatty Lamb isn't exactly overwhelming.
