Laughed my ass off playing with a buddy. Ditched him a couple time in tight situation. So funny seeing him get raped by a swam of zombies. Too bad The saving bug sucked. Wasted so many hours just to find out none of my progress is saved

for such a buggy game, its surprisingly good. the saving bug sucks. there was a patch that went out, but for some reason i never get a prompt to download it. now i can't play with my buddies who have version 1.1

this game is only fun if you play together with ur friends with headset.. otherwise it's quite boring.. it's hilarious when playing together with all the yelling and screaming lol

The game stop auto saving after a while. So you have to pay attention to the top right corner of the screen. If you don't see The Bio hazard sign that mean your game had stooped saving itself. But by the time I found out Im usually 2 to 3 hours into the game. The patch got pulled. It gave more problem than fixing the game. You can delete the patch

the game is kind of impossible to beat by yourself at some points. it gets really frustrating. co-cop is really fun though. i bought the game on friday and beat it last night

yeah after you reach level 30ish those fucking things just come at you like no tomorrow. Before you can just skip and run pass them. The game pace is totally different compare to when you first started. Fucking infected with their 12 hit combos.

Truly overrated! I've been playing it online with 3 other buddies right from the get-go w/ headsets for almost 30 hours now. Definitely one of the (if not, THE) funnest gaming experiences ever!

If you're playing this game alone, you might as well not play it at all.

me and a buddy bought this last night gamed until it was sunny out and had a tonne of fun. When we were taking a break from laughing from the outright over-the-top style of game it is we were getting freaked out from the screaming/lack of screaming and ambience.

Played some solo tonight and it's still pretty decent but way better in co-op.

Gameplay wise + Being a first person (semi?) shooter RPG = Dead Island being a lot more like Borderlands than Dead Rising regardless of that fact that you found BL boring.

The only thing Dead Rising and Dead Island have in common are the zombies and the zombie-related quests and items.
