Fat Guy Sues White Castle For Not Making Their Booths Big Enough
This lawsuit comes with a jumbo side of deep-fried sadness balls. Martin Kessman is a 290-pound stockbroker in New York who is suing White Castle because he couldn't comfortably fit into one of their booths. We don't deserve to live on this planet anymore.
“They’re stationary booths,” Kessman told the New York Post.
“I’m not humongous (but) I’m a big guy. I could not wedge myself in.”

i remember as a kid and i thought the mcdonalds tables were waaay too cramped the ones with fixed seating and that was when i was a kid
but anyway ;) i thought he would approach this from a handicap pov; as in suing white castle for not accommodating the disabled (which grossly overweight ppl are classified as)
but he's saying he's not a humongous guy..... so :fulloffuck:

HK people have even smaller booths. Deal with it.
your fat and unhealthy why should the world change for fatties like you do yourself a favor and set a goal of fitting into average size seats/clothes or anything else your fat ass cant fit into "comfortably"

bwahahahahahah So are White Castle burgers good?
wait...then once the guy wins the suit and the restaurant makes the space bigger...can I then sue that there's too much space between the chair and the table so I can't sit up straight and eat comfortably? XD

Pisses me off how people like this would rather be fat for financial gain, than shape up. Any plans this guy had to lose weight before the law suit happened just went down the gutter.
I hope the judge sets a precedents in this case, and bans him from fast food joints for his own health.

His lawsuit is based on WHAT though?
Is there some law that states a restaurant needs to accommodate people of every size and shape?

There should be a sign on all the tables. "If you can't fit in here you probably shouldn't be eating here".

Its based on precedence cuz its been done before. Only in America can you hold someone else responsible for your own stupidity weaknesses and faults.

Try living like that in Asian where shop aisles are tight in almost all of the smaller shops let alone the restaurants.
Helps prevent people from being fat I guess, or at least keeps them out. XD

He should also sue his local supermarket for negligently failing to sell him healthy food options.
Fitness and health is a combination of not only food, but also exercise. He should also sue his automaker for preventing him from attaining sufficient exercise by utilizing their product.
