1010TIRES.COM -- An aftermarket tire and wheel retailer is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible. We are looking for a natural sales person, capable of taking customer orders over the phone and by e-mail as well as suggest tire and wheel fitments for primarily our French Canadian customers. This individual is a team player, goal oriented and reads/writes and speaks English and French fluently (required).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide sales and customer service for our online retail and wholesale tire and wheel business, by:
• Answering phone calls.
• Replying to e-mails.
• Order taking and processing
• Following up with customers.
• Will suggest tire and wheel fitments for customers who speak English and French.
• Participate in social media, such as online car forums.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Read/Write and Speak English and French fluently.
• Capacity for continuous learning.
BUSINESS EQUIPMENT AND COMPUTER APPLICATIONS:
• Windows OS, General office equipment, Electronic mail (Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Mail/Web Mail), Microsoft Excel 2003 and higher.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Background in sales in the automotive industry.
• Loves cars.
• You are knowledgeable about tires and wheels. If not, you are willing to learn.
Wage: Negotiable. Depends on previous experience.
Location: Richmond, BC.
