OP has failed to mention that this video is showing two rival gangs. Both gangs are from China and are well-known in their regions. One gang went to the other gang's headquarters/place of business to kill ONE of their guys.

They use primitive weapons to kill each other (ironic because the Chinese are the ones who discovered gun-powder) but nevertheless these guys are still ruthless. I'd prefer to see gangsters running around with machetes than guns though. Less change of an innocent bystander getting hurt.
