Shaw does call backs. You just leave your number.
It's really reliable. At least for their internet service.
I usually get a call back within 10 minutes, sometimes less.

Unlike freaking rogers.

It's really reliable. At least for their internet service.
I usually get a call back within 10 minutes, sometimes less.

They have the call back service but it's not always available. The last 4 times 2 of my friends called this past week the wait was between 2-4.5 hours and all 4 times the call back service was not an option. This apparently happens pretty often too.

When they say your wait will be 4 plus hours there is no way they will call me back in 10 minutes. I ended up calling the business line. Took me in less them 5 minutes to talk to someone but they had no clue about anything.
