I work in Richmond, I have one I don't even use anymore. Its sitting in my car. You can have it for $15 bucks since I just sold my 4th Gen touch 32gb.

You can change to whatever station you want on the device to match it to your radio. Plugs in via cigarette lighter.

If you want it, it's yours. I'll txt you a pic when I go to my car after work.
